Possessed by the feet of a wanderer
the eyes of a wanderer
the spirit and soul of a wanderer
My camera is my constant companion. Be it the beauty or violence of nature or the ruins left behind or the ruins being being built to be left behind, when I record one moment in time, one adventure joyfully comes to an end and another adventure eagerly begins in which I consult with my muse and remember and interpret and present. And all these adventures add up to the sum of who I am and how I feel and how I view the world and why I am so very lucky to be able to travel through this world, this life with the wandering feet, eyes, spirit and soul of a photographer.
I edit my images in Adobe Photoshop and/or Corel Painter. I print my images on an Epson Stylus Pro 7880 printer on canvas, paper, satin and water slide transfer paper. Canvas images are painted with clear acrylic gel medium or varnished for presentation and protection. Satin images are treated for UV, water and oil resistance. Water slide images are transferred to a substrate such as a floor tile or a discarded glass bottle, or a window pane or a block of wood and finished with a protective varnish.
